The Right Jacket
Let's check the jacket fit, beginning with the shoulders: Is the shoulder seam in the correct spot? Can you move your arms freely without major tension? Now, fasten the top button (for two-button suits) or the middle one (for three-button suits) – does it close easily without forming those tell-tale 'X' creases? Next, check if two of your fingers fit comfortably underneath the closed jacket at your chest. And finally, look at the lapels: Are they sitting smooth and flat? If it all checks out, your new jacket is a perfect fit.
